receiving centre (ARC) shall meet, to the current reality.
This Position Paper is to aid Market Surveillance Authorities in interpreting the regulation in the context of fire safety, life safety and security systems.
In this Position Paper Euralarm urges the European Commission to extend the Article 11(3) exemption of the Batteries Regulation to include smoke alarm devices, carbon monoxide alarms, and gas alarms.
This position paper is intended for the 3 co-legislators and more specifically their representatives mandated for the trilogue on the Cyber Resilience Act.
This Position Paperprovides our view on the elements of the proposed CRA that should be kept for the published legislation, identifies some unclarities that, if maintained, would lead our manufacturers into some legal uncertainty and proposes several amendments to the text.
