In 2019 the General Assembly of Euralarm members adopted new modifications to our statutes in accordance with Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.
The structure of the Euralarm statutes is based on the original version of 1973. Since then, it is evident that the environment in which our association is active has changed considerably and subsequently, Euralarm has adapted its activities accordingly. The modifications adopted reflect this modernisation and adaption to the requirements of this dynamic landscape. One major change is the creation of a new membership category: associate membership.
