The decision has been welcomed and approved by the Euralarm Board during its latest meetings in Prague.
BHE's success is founded on a strong community of highly competent persons and companies: it currently represents 970 affiliated companies, about 78% installers, 20% manufacturers and 2% planners. The association promotes the exchange of views among the member companies, in particular with users, security officers and other persons and institutions responsible for security matters.
Mr. Schaaf, President of BHE said: “Participating in Euralarm increases considerably the value of our association, our members and especially the German market. Cooperation within the Service Section of Euralarm had very good results over the past years. We are happy to join Euralarm’s Fire and Security Sections in order to intensify the collaboration with our European partners.”
Enzo Peduzzi, President of Euralarm added: “Euralarm is particularly pleased that BHE has decided to join our Fire and Security Sections, after a successful cooperation in Euralarm’s Services Section. As part of the Security Section, BHE played an important role in the development of the EN 16763 standard. With the full cooperation of BHE, which represents a very important part of the German electronic Safety & Security market, Euralarm’s voice will gain strength and standing with other European stakeholders.”
